Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing to support Sakar. We value the trust of our donors and supporters. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before making a contribution.

1. Donations

  • All donations made to Sakar through our website https://sakarodisha.org/ are voluntary and non-refundable.
  • Once a donation is successfully processed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded, as the funds are immediately put to use for our charitable and social initiatives.

2. Transaction Errors

  • In case of any technical error during the donation/payment process (such as duplicate charge, incorrect deduction, or transaction failure), donors are requested to contact us within 7 working days of the transaction.
  • After verification, if the claim is found valid, the excess/erroneous amount will be refunded through the original mode of payment within 10–15 working days.

3. Failed Transactions

  • If the payment is deducted from the donor’s account but not credited to Sakar due to network or technical issues, the payment gateway or the donor’s bank may take 7–10 working days to automatically reverse the amount.
  • Sakar will not be responsible for such delays, but donors may contact us for assistance.
