SAKAR is established in 1998 with an intention to take up the cause of access to basic amenities as entitlements and rights for the people especially for children and women.

VISION

“A society where the disadvantaged viz. Women, Children, Poor, Tribal, Dalits, People with Different Abilities (PwDs), get opportunities to grow to their fullest potential”.

MISSION

“A balanced society with human values, social and economic equity and equitable justice with special focus on the all-round development of the disadvantaged especially, women and children, girl children, poor, people with different abilities, scheduled caste/tribe communities etc.”

OBJECTIVES

To integrate the children of the underprivileged sector/ community into the mainstream of the society.

To promote rights and development of children.

To work towards greater involvement of women through social network.
